I love to cook and I love to eat!
I love to cook. I think one of the most joyful things I can do is go shopping for, prepare and serve a good meal. It's a wonderful way to socialise and sharing a meal can make people feel happy and relaxed. A lot fo cooking iis difficult to do simply because it's so expensve. I love Nigella's books but most of them are full of recipes that inclde a lot of very pricey ingrediants and although you might not need a lot of each one s the pots and packets will last a while you do have to go out and buy them all so it's best to build up a store cupboard gradualy. The other problem with cooking is that it can meal you make very high fat, calorific meals but this isn't inevitable. I'm going to start posting my favourite recipes on here along with my favourite places to eat and shop and reviews of my favourite cookbooks. It's not that I think my opinion is particularly important but there might be a few bits of useful information for someone.
